The approaching events of „Vilnius’09 European Capital of Culture” and millennium celebration provides Lithuania an exclusive opportunity to show the world what it has best and why it is a unique country.
The two celebrations require a lot of work and effort from hospitality industry. The entire series of events will not let to ease down the pace neither for organizers nor the city guests. A number of information centers have been established. The information will be available on the Internet and in TICs as well as in special information spots like cafes, travel agencies, hotels, etc. Travel agency “Visit Lithuania” is located next to the Cathedral Square and is also an information centre of „Vilnius’09 European Capital of Culture”.
