The opening date of The V Club championship golf course at Le Méridien Vilnius Hotel has been announced as 01/07 2009.
Situated within the beautiful fields adjacent to Le Méridien Vilnius Hotel, this magnificent course has been constructed to USGA greens specifications and measures just over 7000 yards from the championship tees. A number of strategically placed water features make for some risk + reward shot selections, as well making it one of the most beautiful courses in Europe. This par 72 course is truly world class.
Complementing the golf course is the 20 bay driving range, short game area, putting green, 09 hole par 03 course, golf academy and PGA instructors offering specialists coaching programmes.
Director of Golf, Nick Solski, said: „This is going to be the number one golf resort in the Baltics due to the quality of the 18 hole course and the facilities available for golf coaching. When combined with the 5-star Le Méridien Vilnius Hotel and its conference centre facilities, it stands alone as a market leader. “
Individual memberships will be for an initial 18 months (07/09 – 12/10) and will cost EUR 2500 with no joining fee. This is a limited introductory offer and available only to the first 75 members. Corporate memberships will also be available. Green card training will be done only by fully qualified PGA coaches to ensure high standards of coaching.
