Patricio Zeoli will play a programme “Rossini in Peru - Bach in Bolivia” in Vilnius. Patricio has prepared a couple of surprises for the Lithuanian audience. First of all, he will be playing unusual instruments - a Romantic Guitar and a Charango. Zeoli’s Romantic Guitar (guitars were called that way in the 19th century) is a copy of an instrument made in 1830’s. A Charango is an even greater rarity to see on a stage. It derives from highlands of Bolivia, is perfect and sonorically unique, thus able to carry out folk music, as well as polyphonic Baroque repertoire. That is why the programme is called Bach in Bolivia. But who is Rossini in Peru? Pedro Jiminez Abril Tirado - a composer who lived in Peru during the 19th century. He was highly appreciable. For this reason, his peers dubbed him as The Rossini of Peru. Along with these unique pieces the public will hear various time-tested works by F. Sor, D. Aguado on the guitar and Bolivian folk music on the Charanga.
Patricio Zeoli was born in Argentina, grew up in Ireland and lives today in Germany. This multifaceted background has had a decisive influence on his artistic development.

Selected name FANTASMA (Latin “ghost, illusion”) of the exhibition is not accidental. This effect accompanies spectator in most exhibited author’s works.
The majority of photographs’ landscapes in reality appears nothing special. Hundreds of people have passed through the country and saw just one more rock, nth stone, as thousands of others.
According to M. GABRENAS, all objects are interesting and rush is difficult reconcilable with the photograph. Hundreds of people have passed through the country and did not see “Little Prince”, recklessly behindhand from their parents, or sowthistle, bigger than basketball stanchion…
