International Short Film Festival “Tinklai”

The Festival will present programmes of the latest short films from Germany, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Poland, Lithuania, France, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Turkey, Italy, Belgium, retrospectives of famous film directors and special theme programmes.The traditional festivalpartners will participate in the film screening: European Co-ordination of Film Festivals, Hamburg Short Film Agency, Vila do Conde International Short Film Festival (Portugal), Brest Film Festival (France), All-Russia Institute of Cinematography, St Petersburg Festival “Message To Man”, Danish Film Institute, Swedish Film Institute, Norwegian Film Institute, Film Polski, Latvian Film Centre, Estonian Film Fund, Cinésites (France) and others. Films will be presented by famous cinema personalities; the festival will feature numerous meetings with filmmakers. The three best films of “Tinklai” Festival will be awarded: the Golden Spectator, The Silver Spectator, The Bronze Spectator.
